Zen In A Bottle was born out of a personal journey to find natural healing. 

I’m Holly Joy McCabe, the founder of Zen In A Bottle.
I’ve dedicated the last 19 years of my life to helping people naturally regain their mental & physical health, happiness, and confidence, to live a happy Zen life!I’m a somatic trauma therapist, applied neurology practitioner, nutritionist, and trainer specializing in brain & nervous system health.My entire career has been passionately devoted to helping people get out of physical and emotional pain to achieve vibrant health, happiness, and a balanced brain and body.
Born Out of Personal Pain
My passion for all my work was born out of my own chronic health journey where I started on a mission to heal. Having battled with lifelong depression/anxiety, a traumatic brain injury, an eating disorder, and 4 once debilitating chronic illnesses, I know what it's like to feel mentally and physically exhausted, overwhelmed, and unwell and I also know what it's like to have modern medicine not be able to help.

A Lifeline to Help You Start
I know healing IS possible. Over my own healing journey, I fell even more in love with the amazing power of the right vitamins, minerals, and nutrition as they played a pivotal role in my own transformation.When the body or brain is exhausted, undernourished, or out of balance, it can feel like making any change is impossible.In my darkest moments, I longed for a lifeline - something to me find balance so that all the other tools I had to offer could be put to work most efficiently.
