All orders over $200 qualify for Free US Shipping.

Please note. Our free or flat rate shipping does not include product insurance. In the event of any lost, damaged or stolen packages recipient assumes loses and is responsible for all claims and investigations for reimbursement through USPS. Each case will be assessed individually and it is the company’s sole discretion to reimburse, replace or refund based on evidence submitted by the customer once a formal claim has been filed in a timely manner.

Return / Refund Policy

If you receive any damaged goods, or you receive a product that is not what you ordered, you may return within 30 days of purchase!

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason you may return unused portion to us for a full refund within 2 weeks of delivery date. You will be responsible for return shipping in this case.

How to Request a Refund

  2. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your item is damaged or defective and we will issue a pre paid return shipping label.
  3. If you are returning for any other reason you are responsible for paying return shipping.
  4. We do not accept any returns after 30 days.
  5. All refund recipients will receive email confirmation for their records.

If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you (per your paid return shipping).
